Welcome to My Blog

Hello! My name is Katie Basler, and this my course blog for Communication 3370- Social Media in PR with Professor Brandie Piper. 

I am a Senior at the University of Missouri- St. Louis studying Business Administration with minors in Digital Marketing and Communication. I use social media on a daily basis, both for personal enjoyment and school/work. I have prior experience writing blog posts for the UMSL Business Blog.

Throughout this course, I'm looking forward to having meaningful discussions and gain a better understanding of creating and analyzing social media campaigns. I also hope to strengthen and refine my ability to write content for social media.
